Amy Winehouse has been nominated for three nominations for the prestigious Ivor Novello song writing awards. The awards which are a favourite among musicians recognise genuine compositional achievement. Having won an Ivor last year for ‘Rehab’ (best contemporary song) Amy is this year nominated for ‘Love Is A Losing Game’ and ‘You Know I’m No Good’ in the ‘Best Song’ category and ‘Rehab’ in the ‘Best-Selling British Song’ prize. Amy previously picked up an Ivor in 2004 for ‘Stronger Than Me’.
Coldplay, Gorillaz, Kaiser Cheifs, and more are nominated for different awards.
