It has been an eventful year for Mancunian gutter rock-n-rollers DEAR SUPERTAR. They finished off 2008 touring with Bullet For My Valentine, Hanoi Rocks and Wednesday13, then they headlined the Never Surrender Tour with shows alongside Kids in Glass Houses and Elliot Minor. Refusing to slow down for 2009, they have just announced a month of touring with Sacramento rockers PAPA ROACH.

Resurrecturis first videoclip on-line
Monday, February 23rd, 2009Italian metal veterans Resurrecturis have released their first professional videoclip on YouTube on February 1st 2009. The song “The Fracture” is an outtake from Resurrecturis 3rd album “Non Voglio Morire” (I don’t want to die), due out in the coming weeks on English label Casket
Music, a sub-label of Copro Productions. Shot on location in three days, the video deals with the necessity to express fears and traumas filtering them through artistic creation, a theme which is common to many musicians, performers and artists. For this reason “The Fracture” derives its imagery and inspiration from the world of contemporary art and more specifically the works of Viennese Actionists like Gunter Brus and Hermann Nitsch. The collaboration with emerging Italian artist, Samuele Santi, who lent the band some of his works to be included in the set, added a important visual element to the video and reinforced the links with the artistic world that the “Non Voglio Morire”
project is intended to have. “The Fracture” videoclip will be included in the digipack edition of “Non Voglio Morire” on a bonus DVD along with other video material.

Wednesday, January 21st, 2009Hey there everyone! We are very happy to be able to finally tell you all that we will be going on tour with No Doubt this spring/summer in the USA starting in May. We have to jump off of a few dates in Canada and a few USA cities, as we already have festival and touring commitments back in Europe, but we will be doing most of the tour. We are also going to hit a few cities on our own around the tour, so if we aren’t coming with No Doubt, we’ll try and get there on our own.
